Infertility Work Up & Counselling
Infertility counseling deals with implications, that is, helping patients to understand and contemplate their treatment options and the short and long-term implications of treatment.
Harmonal Analysis
Hormone analysis allows us to see the powerful chemical messengers in our body that alter the way that distant cells and tissues work. They are essential for bodily functions, metabolic activity and brain function.
Trans Vaginal Scan
A transvaginal ultrasound is a type of pelvic ultrasound used by doctors to examine female reproductive organs. This includes the uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix, and vagina.
IVF-ET (Test Tube Baby)
"Test tube baby" is a term sometimes used by the media to refer to children conceived with in vitro fertilization (IVF). Test tubes are not part of the modern IVF process at all. With IVF, the egg is fertilized in a petri dish.
Ovulation Induction
Ovulation induction is a term that refers to the administration of medication to stimulate ovulation.
ICSI
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is an in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure in which a single sperm cell is injected directly into the cytoplasm of an egg.
Follicular Monitoring
Follicular Monitoring is the process of serial ultrasonic monitoring of the ovarian follicles used to identify maturation status of eggs. It is useful for assessing the size of the follicle that supports the growing egg and for determining the thickness of the uterine lining.
Donor Oocyte IVF Programme
Oocyte donation is the process by which a fertile woman allows several of her oocytes to be aspirated, usually following ovarian stimulation, and used to enable another woman, who is infertile due to ovarian failure (World Health Organization [WHO] Group III), to conceive with IVF.

Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI) is a procedure done by doctor to help start a Pregnancy. In this procedure, the sperm is placed into the uterus or into the cervix, using a fine tube. There are two different Intra Uterine Insemination or IUI treatment methods adopted at our Hospital. They are- AIH(Husband) and AID(Donor).

A frozen embryo transfer, or FET, is a kind of IVF treatment where a cryopreserved embryo created in a full IVF cycle is thawed and transferred to a woman’s uterus. The cryopreserved embryo may be from a woman’s previous conventional IVF cycle, or it may be a donor embryo.
